Can I consult with a Pharmacist before purchasing?

Absolutely! Purspirit not only qualifies as a Dispensary but also as a Pharmacy as well, which means a Cannabis-savvy Pharmacist is on staff and available for consultations. We work with the company TreeStar Consulting Firm (out of Little Rock, AR) and provide brochures of their's at our Reception Area in the Dispensary. Do I need a License to buy Cannabis?

Yes, in the state of Arkansas you do need License from the state. A qualified-Physician will need to meet with you to give you a Certification to apply for your "Medical Marijuana Card" online at This Website. If you're a non-Arkansas-resident: a Temporary License can be obtained without needing to meet with another physician. Learn more about qualifying conditions.

What do I need to purchase for the 1st time?

To purchase cannabis for the first time you will need the following items...

  • ARMMJ Card in print form only (digital not accepted)
  • State ID (or Driver's License)
  • Cash tender & Debit/Credit Card (2 ATM's on site)
  • Face Covering (free masks provided)
  • Casual clothing & Footwear (at a minimum)

Is Purspirit taking Walk-Ins or do Patients need to Order Online first?

No, you do not need to Order Online first, for in fact: our Storefront is open to Walk-In patients 7-days-a-week. Our hours are 9am to 7pm on Weekdays through Saurday & 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Online Ordering is suggested for patients in need of Delivery or specific Pick-Up conditions.

Is there local Delivery if Patients can't visit the store?

Yes, we are now offering a Delivery service! When you're placing an Online Order, make sure to select "Delivery" when checking out to see if you qualify within our range! What mandates are enforced due to COVID-19?

Since May 2020: we have been observing a Mask requirement with our Patients in addition to limiting the number of visitors in the Storefront to 4 at a time with an additional limit of 5 visitors in the Lobby.

How do I safely transport my Cannabis from the store after buying?

The Alcoholic Beverage Control, our governing body, has issued rules in agreement with Arkansas State Police... All Cannabis items are to be placed in a secured container out-of-hands-reach of the Driver. No paraphenalia is allowed to be present as consuming Cannabis while operating a vehicle is punishable by law akin to similar Intoxication Laws in the state and around the country.
